Meet Buck.

CX strategist with 10+ years of experience creating copy and content for agencies, corporations, and my own consultancy.

I design the narrative flow of digital experiences that align user intent with business goals—helping brands show up consistently, build trust, and convert across channels. My clients include Fortune 500 companies in healthcare, financial services, and employee benefits.

In 2020, I earned a PhD from Columbia University. These days, I live in Norwalk, CT, where you'll probably find me chasing my 4-year-old daughter at the beach.
